| Sari's Creations embroidered and/or monogrammed items are personalized.
Therefore, we are unable to accept returns on items except where there are
manufacturer's defects. In the event that your item has a manufacturer's
defect, it is the Customer's responsibility to notify our
Customer
Service Department within 14 days.
We will cheerfully REPLACE defective items. |
